Love the convenience of the drive thru but the staff is unprofessional. I've had 3 experiences now with the staff being downright rude, which doesn't really make your morning. Also, word to the wise, they ignore the customers that walk in and focus only on the drive-thru. I was in a hurry to get to work and needed to get donuts one morning, thought going in would be faster, there were 2 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get 2 dozen donuts and a coffee. After standing there for 10 minutes the women in front of me actually had to flag someone down to get service. Once it was finally my turn I had to remind and repeat my order several times. Needless to say, I was late. That being said my coffee is always fresh and tastes good, and I love the drive-thru on those cold mornings or when I have my kids.

The staff seems to be particularly lazy here. Everyone is afraid of the counter; one time it took short of me asking them to help me for me to be served, despite being the only customer in the store (after them running around behind the counter for a few minutes, talking to each other and stocking things even though they had seen me, I finally said "excuse me"). Be careful because if they toast your bagel to the point of burned, they'll throw it at you anyway (unfortunately, I found this out as I was halfway down the road, already late for something). The drive-through is great, the location is great, but the staff is less than desirable.

This place does not honor the "$0.99 any size hot or iced dark roast coffee for DD Perks members". Even though, they have a sign that says they do in the drive through, another sign that says they do as soon as you walk into the store on the left, and they say they do on their printed receipt. What a joke! The manager inside said "we honor a MEDIUM iced or hot dark roast BETWEEN 2p-6p". I used to be a big fan of this Dunkin location. Used to be!

Nothing about my visit *AKA* Drive Thru this place was up to my standards. And my standards aren't that high. I just want a coffee -actually, scratch that. I just want the coffee that I ordered. Hubby and I both got coffee drinks and a egg sammie on our way home from meeting my first born nephew. The person working the drive through (who was the manager according to her name tag) was unfriendly. Our coffees were both terrible and not made as requested. The sandwich (egg white on english muffin with turkey sausage) tasted like microwaved cardboard if not worse. We each took one bite and the remaining sandwich (if you can call it that) went Billy Madison style out the window, while we were secretly hoping an arch rival would run over it and go flying off a cliff. On top of the fact they couldn't get anything to taste right, it also took quite a long time for us to get our order, equally frustrating.

Standard dunkin donuts. Coffee is fine (coffee, not sugary icey frappe things) and the occasional donut is okay. The staff, though, is either disinterested or very rude. I believe it is the manager who is quite unfriendly. I've never been greeted friendly there. Again, it's not the end of the world for me as I'm just getting coffee in a VERY convenient location, but it kind of puts a damper on your morning. Also, the times where I run late and think they may have a breakfast item, anything I've asked for that's on the menu: "We don't have carry that here." So then why is it on the menu? I really dislike their service. That manager needs to find some joy in her life and stop putting her misery on us.

Delicious coffee! They cashier was stupid and slow. Coffee cups weren't filled all the way, feels like we got jipped, if we're paying 3 bucks for coffee i expect the cup to be filled all the way to the rim. Breakfast was good.

This place needs to train employees better. They've gotten my coffee order wrong multiple times, and today the girl at the drive-through was so stupid she couldn't answer a basic question like how much is my order. And when I asked for some napkins she gave me 2 even though I ordered multiple items for multiple people. Really? Wake up!

This one is just okay, I've been a few times. My last experience there was excellent, but two days previous, they couldn't make me an Arnold Palmer Coollata because the machine was "being cleaned" (and this had happened a few years earlier too, when I wanted a mint hot chocolate for my birthday drink - they were "out of mint" or something ridiculous). Service is friendly but when I stopped in two days prior, a newbie was working, and had to get help to do everything. Legitimate, yes, but I was in a rush. They're also ALWAYS OUT OF chocolate munchkins which is the one reason I go there, mostly. /rant So it gets an overall 3/5 stars from me.
